Making a Latex Hollowform Slug

If you watched my previous video where I make a Key of Aaravos (a wooden cube inexperiently carved) you might have noticed this little guy’s cameo. Here is how I made this one, and a technique that will allow you to make your own latex hollowform!

I am fascinated by this technique because it allows a large array of different shapes. Unlike many other ways to go about this, it also allows for undercuts, closed loops and, with a little work, fine details – if you apply them to your latex hollowform after cooking.

I would love to hear your feedback. If you enjoyed this I am sure you will fine other videos and projects that work just as well for you. Some are even weirder than this one!
